Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using LIYU, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. LIYU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or let others use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact LIYU immediately.

Each account is for a single person. Course access cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to others.

When you enroll in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access that course for your own learning. You may not:

• Record, copy, or redistribute course videos, materials, or downloads
• Share your account access with anyone else
• Use course content to train competing products or AI models
• Reproduce course content for commercial use without written permission

All course materials, including videos, text, images, and downloads, are owned by LIYU or its licensors and protected by copyright.

Paid courses are charged as one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars.

LIYU reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Changes will not affect courses you've already purchased.

When using LIYU, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach LIYU's security
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from LIYU without permission
• Use LIYU to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity

LIYU reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

LIYU, its logo, course content, and all related materials are the property of LIYU and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use LIYU's branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create (notes, questions, messages). By posting in LIYU, you grant LIYU a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

LIYU is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LIYU does not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Taking a course will lead to any specific business, career, or income outcome
• AI tools covered in courses will behave exactly as described (third-party AI tools change frequently)

Your success depends on many factors beyond LIYU's control, including your effort, skills, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIYU will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. LIYU's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid LIYU in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@liyumarkets.com. LIYU may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use LIYU in ways that harm others or the service.

If your account is terminated, you lose access to courses you purchased. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law.

LIYU may update these Terms from time to time. When that happens, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of LIYU after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
