LIYU is an AI training and consulting service. This Privacy Policy explains how LIYU collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the website (liyumarkets.com), courses, and services. By using LIYU, you agree to the practices described here.
Information LIYU Collects
LIYU collects information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use the service.
Information you provide:
- Account details: your name, email address, and password when you sign up
- Profile information: optional details you add to your profile
- Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe (LIYU never stores your full card number)
- Communications: messages you send to support or through the contact forms
- Course activity: lessons completed, progress, and notes within courses
Information collected automatically:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit
- Device information: operating system, device type, screen size
- Cookies: small data files used to keep you signed in and remember preferences
How LIYU Uses Your Information
LIYU uses the information it collects to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver courses and track your progress
- Process payments through Stripe when you enroll in paid courses
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, course updates) via Resend
- Respond to support requests and improve the service
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
Who LIYU Shares Information With
LIYU does not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers who help operate the platform:
- Supabase: user authentication and database hosting
- Stripe: payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Google: if you sign in with Google OAuth (subject to Google's policies)
- Vercel: website hosting and content delivery
LIYU may also disclose information if required by law, to protect its legal rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Cookies & Tracking
LIYU uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings. LIYU does not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies through your browser at any time, though doing so may log you out.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information LIYU holds about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Delete your account and associated data at any time
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential email communications

Data Security
LIYU uses industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security policies in the database, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no online service is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
Children's Privacy
LIYU is not directed at children under 13. LIYU does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact LIYU and the data will be removed.
International Users
LIYU is operated from the United States. If you access LIYU from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
